Pneumatic impluse heat sealer:
Pneumatic impluse heat sealing machine are free-standing and pedestal mounted heat sealers. The sealing length is adjustable .It's excellent for heavy duty bags for industrial packages, food packages, and animal feed packages.

Easy to operate and change the settings. With Microcontroller it all become easier. Vacuum and sealing process is fully automatic after the product is placed in right position.
Microcontroller control system
With Microcontroller control system, it is easy to control the vacuum time and sealing time. It can be applied to packages of different shapes and material.
Powerful and Straight Sealing Bar
Pneumatic sealing bar keeps average pressure on sealing material, which makes the sealing seam smooth and strong. Vacuum assist system optional for large product compressing.
Machine structure
This machine is based on impulse heat sealing technology. Product compressed under big pressure and keep small volume after seal the package.
